Recent Comments and Top Commentators

I want to describe a little bit two plugins which are good to stimulate your readers to write a comment. First I installed Brian’s Latest Comments 1.5.8 plugin. This shows an overview of the recently active articles and the last people to comment on them. You can see this plugin in action on my sidebar (Recent Comments). But after considering some facts, I’ve decided to install one more comment plugin. It was the Show Top Commentators 1.05. It shows top ten commentators in current month.

Encourage more feedback and discussion from readers, by rewarding them every time they post a comment! Readers with the most comments are displayed on your Wordpress blog, with their names (linked to their website if they provided one).

What is so great about this plugin? If you want to get link from any page of this web, you just commnet and you get it. And remember, there is no nofollow tag. We DOfollow. One more reason to comment here.

In these days, this web has about 40 visitors per day. It is because the web is about one week old. But after some time it will be very useful to stimulate visitors to write comments. And the best way is to show them some reward.
